Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Right to Erasure Definition:

A process in which an artificial intelligence (AI) system or algorithm makes decisions without human intervention, for example in screening job applications or selecting online advertisements. The Australian Privacy Act 2025 and the EU AI Act both require that people be informed when such decisions affect them, in order to avoid discrimination.
